Marc Gasser, M.Sc.
Executive Partner Customer Relations, Business Dev.Marc Gasser studied IT and economics at Uppsala University in Sweden and the University of Zurich in Switzerland. He was granted the Philias CSR Award, as well as the semester prize at the University of Zurich for his thesis publication “A Validation of Action Patterns for Project Managers”
Marc Gasser also is a member of the board of internet companies, founded several web startups and holds presentations on IT Project Management, E-Business and Innovation Management.
His particular areas of interest include entrepreneurship, e-business models and the mountains of Valais.

Matthias Alder, M.Sc.
Executive Partner Project Manager, Strategy & FinanceWhilst completing his studies in IT and economics at the University of Zurich, Matthias Alder gained valuable practical experience as a software developer for Comartis AG. During this time, he also developed independent IT consulting skills through private project work.
Through an internship at the Technical Architecture division of UBS Wealth Management and Business Banking, Matthias developed specialised knowledge in the inter-relationship of software components in the complex environment of a large organisation. He wrote his master thesis on the “Visualisation of Software Inventory Data”.

Philipp Kräutli, M.Sc.
Executive Partner Software Architect, Technical LeaderPhilipp Kräutli studied IT and economics at the University of Zurich and worked as a software developer for various IT firms before founding Astina.
His particular interest areas lie in requirements engineering, software architecture and database design.

Simon Morger, B.Sc.
Executive Partner Project Manager, Head of ConsultingSimon Morger completed his studies in Information Technology at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, and at the University of Applied Sciences in Rapperswil. His thesis dealt with the subject “iPhone Interface for a semantic recommender system'.
Before founding Astina, Simon worked as an independent software developer.

Dr. Kurt Lambert
President of the Executive BoardAfter completing an economics degree at the University of Texas, Kurt Lambert was awarded his PhD at the university of Lausanne. Kurt Lambert is the president of the executive board of Zegora Investments, member of the advisory board of FTSE Hedge Fund Index and member of the board of trustees of the Africa Foundation.
In 1997 he founded Harcourt Investment Consulting, one of the first companies to enter the Swiss hedge-fund market and which, at the end of 2006, was managing more than 4.5 billion dollars.

Prof. Dr. Conrad Meyer
AdvisorProf. Dr. Conrad Meyer is an ordained professor in economics and Director of the Institute for Accounting and Controlling at the University of Zurich. For many years, he has been involved in advising service and industry organisations, and is a member of the committee of the Swiss GAAP FER as well as several executive boards. His research interests lie in management accounting, financial controlling and problems in business administration. Conrad Meyer is also the author of an extensive number of publications.
